We believe that good culture is good business.
We seek to understand the current state of culture within your business and to work with you to build good culture.
Culture is essentially ‘how we do things around here’. A key question for organisations to consider; ‘does the way we do things around here support optimal business performance?’
BUILDING GOOD CULTURE
Build is a critical word. Culture is in a constant state of flux. Building good culture is a marathon and not a sprint requiring focussed, intentional effort and investment.
There are no quick fixes. Often culture is most tested under pressure.
We believe building good culture is less about skills and more about developing and fostering the right beliefs (mindset, attitude, perspective) and behaviours so that the “way we do things around here” is an authentic representation of an organisation’s brand, thus setting it up for optimal business performance.
WHAT WE DO
We measure culture. State of Engagement (SOE), an official Appletree company, utilises a specifically designed BILT survey to transform intangible organisational dynamics which affect culture into tangible statistical measures.
These measures ensure that assumptions are removed and replaced with actual data that supports our ability to accurately design how we build good culture within an organisation.
We consult strategically with key individuals or culture champions within an organisation. These relationships create the opportunity for us to thoroughly understand more of the unique organisational context and design appropriate solutions.
Our solutions include a combination of the following:
– Workshops which have been developed to activate and enhance capability in each area of our BILT model.
– Coaching at a leadership level, especially for those who have an impact in culture within teams and organisations.
– Experiences which bring whole organisations or teams together to accelerate growth in unique and meaningful ways.
– Communications and campaigns to reinforce key messages and insights into an organisation.
